The Rocky Red cultivar is a member of the Marbled Purple Stripe family. It grows well in a range of conditions and is one of the more tolerant varieties to being planted in areas with wet soil. Harvests in the middle of the season. Bulbs average 6 cloves each.
Rocky Red has a balanced flavour that’s quite hot when eaten raw.
The garlic will last well for 6-8 months. Store in a cool, dry place, with good air circulation.
